"Yatianmen Scenic Area" is an ecological scenic spot on high mountains, located in Tuping Village, Tianmen Township, Xinhua County, within the Ziquejie Mountain Range. It is approximately 10 kilometers in a straight line from Ziquejie and is another new scenic spot within the Greater Ziquejie Scenic Area, following the Qujiangyuan Scenic Area, and is known as the "newcomer" of Ziquejie. This place is a producer of high-quality tea, the hometown of fine fruits, and a beautiful tourist destination.
The mountain gate of "Yatianmen Scenic Area" stands atop a peak over 1,400 meters above sea level, broad and towering, giving an impression of grandeur and magnificence. Upon entering the gate, three prominent observation decks come into view. The observation deck on the highest peak, with its two-story steel-and-glass structure, is truly breathtaking. Climbing to the top and looking out, one can see vast stretches of fertile land stretching endlessly, like a green ocean; looking down, not only can one see all the mountains below, but one will also be amazed by the power of nature: the uplifted parts form high peaks, while the collapsed parts feature deep gullies, canyons, and great rivers, displaying immense grandeur!
About 200 meters below the glass observation deck lies the glass walkway, one of the main highlight attractions of "Yatianmen Scenic Area." This thrilling glass walkway, which looks daunting at first glance, offers a stimulating experience comparable to that of the glass walkway at Tianmen Mountain. On sunny days, it is covered with reflections of the blue sky, white clouds, and people, making visitors more willing to step on the clouds and free their minds while trembling at the transparent view of the abyss below.
If the Qujiangyuan Scenic Area is full of delicate charm, then "Yatianmen Scenic Area" offers a strong sense of stimulation and awe. The 100-meter spiral vertical walkway, which connects the swinging rope bridge below with the wind-and-rain pavilion on the shore above, is such a main highlight attraction. Moreover, designing such a stimulating walkway in the wild and deep canyon provides an unparalleled aesthetic enjoyment.
The nearly 10,000-mu mountainous area of "Yatianmen Scenic Area" features bold, handsome, precarious, winding, flat, abrupt, and gentle mountains; every mountain and ridge is wild, sometimes appearing as if carved by gods and sometimes seemingly ordinary; some mountains are majestic, some are simple, and some give visitors a feeling of kindness, gentleness, refinement, handsomeness, and tenderness. The trees in the mountains are all mixed, but each tree has a unique shape and is extremely beautiful. This beauty is not the monotonous beauty of roadside greening trees but a wild, unrestrained, and free beauty, like coiling dragons and lying phoenixes.
Several kind and refined mountains embrace a canyon full of delicate charm. The canyon is broad and flat, with a gentle stream flowing through it, bringing vitality to the entire hundred-acre canyon! The developer, Luo Haoming, has settled here happily and utilized the Tortoise Stone to build a mountain pond, creating a leisure resort. The characteristic of this leisure resort is "elegance," hence the scenic area is named "Yatianmen Scenic Area."
