Dujuan Ridge stands at an altitude of 1,458 meters, making it one of the few towering peaks in central Hunan. Standing atop the ridge, especially in early spring, one is surrounded by boundless layers of swirling white clouds, as if floating above them, recalling the ancient saying, "I dare not speak loudly, lest I startle the celestial beings above." On a clear day, with an unobstructed view stretching into the distance, one can clearly see mountain peaks and ridgelines stretching out endlessly. The vast expanse of mountains undulates like waves surging beneath one's feet, inspiring thoughts that span a thousand years and boundless flights of fancy...

The most enchanting sight on Dujuan Ridge is the blooming of the azaleas in May. The azaleas on these high mountains are flowers of perseverance, having endured the harsh winter, unafraid of the icy winds, and eschewing competition with other blossoms for attention. They possess a unique charm, earning them the title of "the beauty among flowers." When the ridge is ablaze with red azaleas, they reflect vividly in the springs and dye the blue sky with their hues. The flowers bloom in dense clusters, layer upon layer, exuding a fragrant aroma that attracts countless butterflies and birds fluttering up and down, creating a visually stunning and mentally refreshing spectacle. According to local folklore, one may miss out on a fortune, but should never miss the blooming season of the azaleas at Yatianmen.
